How to Order Tokusen Wagyu
There is no shopping cart on this site by design — every order goes through WhatsApp so we can confirm the cut, the marbling grade and current stock with you before anything is packed. It takes about two minutes.
- Browse the available cuts and note which one you want, or just tell us how you plan to cook and we will recommend it.
- Message us on WhatsApp with the cut, the grade (MB 4-5 or MB 6+), the quantity, and your delivery city.
- We confirm current price, stock and the delivery window. Prices move with supply, which is why they are quoted rather than listed — see the pricing page for how that works.
- We pack frozen or fresh-chill, vacuum-sealed, and ship with an unbroken cold chain.
Retail or Wholesale
We serve households buying a single loaf and B2B customers — restaurants, hotels, caterers — ordering by the carton. If you are sourcing for a menu and need consistent supply of the same cut and grade, say so in your first message and we will quote accordingly. More on ordering and coverage.
Delivery Coverage
Jabodetabek and across Java, plus Sumatra, Sulawesi, Bali and Flores. Shipping cost and transit time depend on the destination and the pack size, so we confirm both before you commit.
Certification
Everything we supply is Halal MUI Indonesia certified and carries an NKV veterinary control number. Details on halal and NKV certification.
